The Haryana Police has reaffirmed its top position in the monthly rankings released by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), a division of the Ministry of Home Affairs. According to the latest Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) ranking for June 2024, Haryana Police has clinched the highest spot once again. This achievement marks their dominance over the past two and a half years, where they have secured the top rank for 20 out of 30 months.
A police spokesperson highlighted that Haryana Police outperformed competitors like Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, securing the highest score in the CCTNS system. This system aids law enforcement in managing critical tasks such as FIR registrations and crime data analysis, reinforcing Haryana Police’s commitment to effective crime management and public safety.
