Mumbai Police have issued a prohibitory order banning the flying of drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles in the city from April 4 to May 3, citing security reasons.
This ban has been put in place to prevent any potential threat from aerial objects during this period. However, police-operated drones used for official aerial surveillance will be exempted from this order.
Authorities have warned that strict action will be taken against anyone found violating the ban.
