In a significant operation, Kerala Police conducted a midnight raid at the men’s hostel of Kalamassery Government Polytechnic College, resulting in the seizure of 2 kilograms of ganja. The raid led to the arrest of three students: Abhiraj, an SFI union leader, along with Adidityan and Akash. The students were allegedly preparing the ganja for distribution during the Holi festivities. While Abhiraj and Adidityan were released on station bail due to the quantity found with them, Akash remained in custody as approximately 1.9 kilograms were recovered from him. The college administration has announced the suspension of the involved students, and further investigations are underway to identify additional suspects.
