West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has accused the Border Security Force (BSF) of aiding infiltration into the state, alleging that their actions are part of a larger conspiracy to destabilize Bengal. Banerjee has raised concerns over increased BSF patrols along the border areas, suggesting that these forces are not only failing to curb infiltration but are allegedly contributing to it.

The accusation comes amid rising tensions between the state government and the central authorities over border security. The Chief Minister has urged the Centre to reconsider the deployment of BSF personnel, asserting that the move undermines Bengal’s security. The Centre, however, maintains that BSF operations are aimed at controlling cross-border infiltration.
