The Punjab Police have detained three alleged associates of the notorious Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang in Jalandhar, as part of an ongoing crackdown on criminal activities linked to the gang.
Acting on intelligence inputs, the Jalandhar Police conducted multiple raids across the city, leading to the arrest of three close aides of gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria. The detainees are believed to have been involved in criminal activities, including extortion, drug trafficking, and targeted violence.
Authorities suspect that the arrested individuals played key roles in executing the gang’s operations in Jalandhar and nearby regions. They are said to have been responsible for funding illegal activities and supplying weapons.
