A British tourist visiting Delhi fell victim to sexual assault at a hotel in Mahipalpur after meeting a man she had befriended online. According to the police report, the woman had traveled to India to meet this individual, but an argument between them escalated into a horrific crime.
The accused allegedly raped her in the hotel room before she attempted to flee. However, her ordeal did not end there—another man allegedly molested her inside the hotel elevator as she tried to escape.
The case was reported to the Delhi Police, who promptly took action. Both suspects have been arrested, and legal proceedings are underway. The British High Commission has been informed, and assistance has been provided to the survivor.
