In a shocking incident, Bihar cops brutally thrashed a mentally challenged man with batons in Katihar district. A video of the incident has been doing rounds the corner which promoted the police to take action against the accused cops.
As per the video, a member of a House Guard and a police official can be seen brutally hitting the victim as he sits on a road. Further, a man, who appears to be the driver of the vehicle, then got off, took the stick from one of the officials and began hitting the victim repeatedly on his legs. Meanwhile, the other official held the victim’s hands and later asked the assaulter to stop.
