Haryana Police intensified their crackdown on drug traffickers, seizing assets worth ₹52.72 crore from 108 major criminals. Additionally, 111 illegal structures linked to drug networks were demolished, showcasing the state’s zero-tolerance approach to drug-related crimes. This aggressive strategy has played a pivotal role in disrupting organized drug syndicates operating across Haryana.
The conviction rate for drug-related cases rose from 49% in 2023 to 54%, marking a significant improvement in judicial proceedings against traffickers. With over 40% of villages in Haryana now declared drug-free, the state is making significant strides in eradicating narcotics and rehabilitating affected individuals through awareness programs and rehabilitation centers.
