On January 21, 2025, the Mizoram Police celebrated their 53rd Raising Day by organizing a series of community-oriented activities aimed at fostering better relationships between the police and the public. In Kolasib, the police conducted a blood donation camp, a cleanliness drive, and multiple awareness campaigns. These campaigns focused on crucial topics such as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, cybercrime prevention, drug abuse, and the Motor Vehicles Act.
These initiatives highlight the Mizoram Police’s dedication to engaging with the community and spreading awareness about legal and social issues. By involving the public, the police hope to create a safer and more informed society.
