These exercises simulated real-life terror scenarios, such as bomb threats and hostage situations, to assess response time and coordination among security forces.
The drills emphasized quick evacuation, crowd control, and efficient communication. Delhi Police urged commuters to cooperate during such drills as they play a crucial role in bolstering the city’s emergency readiness.
