This major operation was made possible by the implementation of a new chatbot system that allows victims of phone theft to directly report their cases without filing a formal FIR. The system streamlined the process, reducing the need for physical paperwork while enhancing efficiency.
As a result of the operation, 1,309 phones valued at ₹3.45 crore have already been returned to their rightful owners. This marks a major leap forward in law enforcement, demonstrating how technology can be leveraged to solve crimes, particularly in the digital age.
