Laptop, Wallet, and Cash Stolen from Vehicle in Shillong

On December 24, Shri Robinson Shullai, a resident of Shillong, lodged a complaint with local authorities, reporting a theft from his vehicle (ML-05AC-1522) parked on Boyce Road, Laitumkhrah. According to the complaint, unknown miscreants broke into the vehicle and stole several valuable items, including a laptop, a wallet containing important documents, and cash amounting to Rs. 10,000.

The theft has raised concerns regarding the security of parked vehicles in busy areas such as Laitumkhrah. Shri Shullai’s vehicle was parked in the area at an unspecified time when the miscreants took advantage of the situation. The stolen laptop and wallet contained sensitive documents, further compounding the severity of the crime.
