CM Revanth Announces Police School on Greyhounds Campus

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced the establishment of a school for the children of police personnel on the Greyhounds campus, modeled after Sainik Schools. Speaking at the TGCCC in Banjara Hills, he shared that the school will be built on about 50 acres and will cater to students from sixth grade to post-graduation.

The CM emphasized that the school will provide equal opportunities and facilities to all children, including those of Home Guards and senior police officers, ensuring a non-discriminatory environment. He highlighted the need to strengthen checkpoints to combat the influx of drugs from the Andhra-Odisha border and commended the police force for their sacrifices, urging them to spend more time with their families whenever possible.
