Senior inspectors in Nagpur have launched awareness programs focusing on the recent implementation of three new laws, notably the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023, effective since Monday. As part of these efforts, Joint CP Aswati Dorje has overseen the initiative, emphasizing the need for widespread education and awareness about these legislations.
Senior Inspector Babulal Raut from Pachpaoli police station, for instance, visited a local school to engage with students. Similarly, Senior Inspector Dnyaneshwar Bhedodkar from Yashodhara Nagar has also been actively involved in spreading awareness about these new laws within the community.
